I really appreciate all the time (almost 6 ½ hours!!) you spent with me helping me decide which instrument was best for me. I am very much enjoying my new flute, and everyone has commented on my much improved sound. I just played my junior recital last night at the University of Kansas and had so much fun playing on my new Miyazawa. I must say, I was truly impressed with your entire staff. All were courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. Even though we were traveling from Virginia to New York to make our purchase, the whole experience was streamlined, efficient, and professional.
Although you were busy with a client who made an unexpected visit to your shop, you managed to make time to talk with us and to give Sarah a lesson on how to use the trill key on her new flute. It was truly a thrill to hear you demonstrate by playing the flute for her, too!
One thing I will never forget is how you made us feel included, like we were part of your family. I will also never forget that wonderful vegetarian eggplant sandwich you shared with us (even though my finicky eaters refused). After three hours of listening to Sarah try out flutes, I think that was the best sandwich I ever had!
