Instrument Insurance We strongly urge our clients to insure their instrument against lost, theft and/or damage. Companies such as Clarion Insurance specialize exclusively in musical instrument insurance. Home owners or renters insurance also provide protection against the loss or theft of instruments with a special rider.   Please make sure to add a special rider to cover the instrument in shipping and when it is outside of the home. You might even be able to inquire about damage protection as well.
